What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. Email marketing, if or when applicable, with your permission, Hammond Kids may send you emails, newsletters, new products launched, promotions and or other updates/news about Hammond Kids online store. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address, phone number or when you make a purchase your credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place and order, verify your credit card, arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting personal data and that we are using it for that specific reason only. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to deliver ads. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
